Everything you need to know about how and when we ship your orders across Canada.
We process and ship orders Monday through Sunday during business hours. Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST are shipped the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST will ship the following business day.
Once your order has been picked, packed, and handed off to the carrier, you'll receive an automated email with your tracking number. Please allow a few hours for the tracking information to update in the carrier's system.
We offer free shipping on qualifying orders — no discount code needed. Rates are calculated before tax.

Shipping rates for orders under the free shipping threshold are calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order.
Delivery times vary by province and carrier. Once shipped, estimated delivery is typically:
- Ontario: 1–3 business days
- Quebec: 2–4 business days
- Western Canada (BC, AB, SK, MB): 3–7 business days
- Atlantic Canada: 4–7 business days
- Territories: 7–14 business days
These are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. During peak periods (new set releases, holidays) delivery times may be longer.
If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, first check your tracking number for any carrier updates. Occasionally packages experience delays in transit.
If your package appears lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date or delivery date with your order number and photos if applicable. We'll investigate with the carrier and work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Flaring Lair is not responsible for packages that show as delivered but are reported missing. We recommend ensuring your delivery address is secure and accurate before placing your order.
Local pickup is available free of charge at our store in Richmond Hill. To use local pickup, select "Local Pickup" at checkout. Your order will be ready the same day during store hours.
