All sealed product is final sale. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on any sealed product under any circumstances. Please ensure you are ordering the correct product before completing your purchase.

This policy exists because the sealed nature and integrity of TCG product cannot be verified once it leaves our store. We take great care to ensure all product is authentic and factory sealed before it ships to you.

If you have questions about a specific product before purchasing, please contact us before ordering and we'll be happy to help you make the right choice.

Pre-Orders
Pre-Order Cancellations

Pre-orders can be cancelled at any time prior to the product shipping. A 10% restocking fee applies to all pre-order cancellations to cover allocation and processing costs.

Once a pre-order has shipped, it is subject to our standard sealed product final sale policy and cannot be returned or refunded.

No Overselling: We only list as much pre-order inventory as we are allocated by our distributors. Your pre-order is always guaranteed β€” we will never cancel your order due to stock issues on our end.
Damaged Orders

We take great care in packaging every order to ensure it arrives safely. In the rare event your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible.

  • Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order
  • Include your order number in your message
  • Attach clear photos of the damage

We'll review your case and get back to you as soon as possible to work something out. Each case is handled individually and we'll do our best to make it right.

Wrong Item
I Received the Wrong Item

We apologize for any mix-ups! While we strive for 100% order accuracy, mistakes can occasionally happen. If you receive an incorrect item:

  • Contact us with your order number
  • Include a photo of the item you received
  • We'll get back to you within 24 hours to look into the situation

We'll review your case and find the best path forward to resolve the issue.

Refund Processing
How Long Do Refunds Take?

Once a refund has been approved and processed on our end, please allow 3–5 business days for the funds to appear back on your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card provider.

Refunds are always issued to the original payment method used at checkout. We do not issue refunds via e-transfer, cash, or store credit unless explicitly agreed upon.
