In-Store Pickup Policy

To protect our customers and prevent unauthorized pickups, the following requirements apply to all pickup orders.

Identification

Identification Required

Valid government-issued photo identification must be presented when collecting any order. The name on the identification must match the customer or authorized pickup person.

Flaring Lair will visually inspect the identification for verification purposes. We do not photograph or retain copies of identification.

Signature

Signature Required for Orders Over $100

Orders with a total value exceeding $100 require the person collecting the order to sign a pickup confirmation acknowledging that the merchandise was received.

Authorized Pickup

Pickup by a Friend or Family Member

If someone else will be collecting your order, you must authorize them before pickup by emailing flaringlairhelp@gmail.com.

The authorization email must:

Be sent from the same email address used to place the order
Include the Shopify order number
Include the authorized person's full first and last name

The authorized person must present valid government-issued photo identification, and their name must exactly match the name provided in the authorization email.

Order Release

When an Order Will Not Be Released

Orders will not be released if the required identification cannot be presented, the names do not match, or authorization was not received from the email address associated with the order.
