We reserve the right to cancel and refund any order submitted with more than one pre-order item, or with stock items in conjunction with pre-order items. By purchasing an item with **PRE-ORDER** in the title, you are purchasing a reserve copy of a product that has not yet been released. Your payment will be collected in full in order to secure your pre-order, and will not be refunded except in the event that we are unable to fulfill your order due to circumstances out of our control. Please note that cancelled Pre-orders are subject to the order cancellation fee of 15%.
